My healthy food and drink
Two years ago, I often got up late and seldomhad breakfast. When I felt hungry, I always ate junk food. This was very badfor my health, so I was very weak.
Later, I learned something about healthy foodand drink and I got to know it was very important to have a good life habit.Unhealthy food and drink is bad for everyone, while healthy food and drink cankeep our bodies strong and healthy.
From then on, I have kept a good habit. Now Ihave breakfast every day and have lots of fruit and vegetables for lunch andsupper. I often drink water, tea and milk but seldom eat hamburgers or drinkcola. This makes me healthy and happy.
I always remember: eat the right food and keep healthy.
